We met James about four years before we actually started working together. He stayed in contact with us and took the time to build a relationship with us that made it easy for my wife and me to feel like we knew him and that we could trust him. We recently placed our Colwood condo on the market and asked James to manage our sales campaign. We chose James because he had been a resident in our community, indeed of our building, so he was extremely knowledgeable about our unit and the Westshore amenities. He had current knowledge of the value of our property in a rapidly evolving market. James had also represented buyers and sellers in our complex and was highly recommended by others.

The early summer property market of 2020 was characterized by uncertainty due to the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and related buyer hesitance. James mounted a professional campaign involving a top-quality virtual tour which guaranteed a broad buyer awareness and focused actual property inspections to genuinely interested and qualified purchasers. Covid-19 risk mitigation remains an essential element of the real estate marketplace and will do so into the foreseeable future.

We greatly appreciated James' discretion during our campaign. Sales of other units in our complex were either pending or imminent. James was able to negotiate means to represent various clients to best advantage without creating competition among his clients. We are confident that James was able to represent us without compromising our privacy. We received weekly market statistics for our municipality and the entire Capital Regional District, which guided our pricing and sales strategy. We were in frequent communication with James and maintained a comfortable dialog during the entire process.

A brief campaign resulted in simultaneous purchase offers. We were pleased with the outcome which exceeded our expectations. The entire procedure demonstrated excellent professional ethics, timeliness and respect for both our aspirations as well of those of the purchasers.
